The Juliet® uses a small disposable hand piece to deliver two passes of laser energy directly to the area of concern.  The first pass is used to vaporize existing mucosal tissue while stimulating production of collagen and elastin.  The second pass of energy will then remodel the damaged tissue using the newly formed collagen to revitalize the vaginal tissue. This will in turn improve its tone, shape, and flexibility as well as the vascularization of the vaginal canal.

The technology used in Juliet® allows for a concentrated delivery of laser energy so only the targeted area will be treated.  This results in a more effective outcome and higher patient satisfaction with the treatment.   Patients also report a minimal downtime after receiving a treatment. Compared to other laser procedures offered for vaginal rejuvenation, patients can typically see results after just one treatment of the Juliet®.  We recommend you get a second treatment at least four weeks after your initial appointment. After this, it is typically required to get a follow up treatment once every twelve months in order to maintain your results; however this can vary on an individual basis.
